Working at KFC has helped me improve and master a fast pace in the fast food industry. Working as a team is critical to the success of serving customers. Serving customers as quickly as possible is the main goal. We work with each other, especially in negative times. We all have to adapt, serving customers and resolving issues as quickly as possible. At the end of the night, we have to work as a team to ensure everything is cleaned promptly. A clean environment is essential to a restaurant, which makes it so important that the lobby and bathrooms are clean so that the customers can enjoy their food in a well-put-together environment. It is also significant for everything to be organized so we can efficiently find supplies not wasting time. It is important to take the time to teach others so that everyone can help. Working together to help everyone catch up on their duties is essential. KFC has taught me how important teamwork is and how to take value out of others' work.

Working at Marquee Cinemas has helped me learn about effective communication and grow my understanding of it. I have learned this from informing customers about movie descriptions to ensuring the correct item was served. Effective communication has helped me work with my coworkers to divide and conquer our closing duties and confirm that the theatres were cleaned. Speaking properly to co-workers was essential and helped everyone grow as a team. Effectively communicating with co-workers ensured that our responsibilities were getting done and that we were serving customers with a fast work ethic to ensure everyone got to their movies on time. This job has helped me learn how to solve customer issues effectively and efficiently. When a customer came to me with a problem, I handled the manner positively and respectfully. Listening to their problem carefully and peacefully, resolving it so they can have a better experience. I communicated with all different types of people to establish that the right audience saw the appropriate movie. I am sure to listen and speak correctly to a customer when they have a concern or question. Working at Marquee Cinemas has led me to improve my communication skills, not only with customers but with my co-workers.

Taking these classes has allowed me to put my creative thinking and initiative skills to work. From the start of a piece to the end, I bring forward my best work, making sure that I work with great endurance and efficiency. I dedicate my attention and hobby time to completing it before the deadline. I put much effort into every piece I create and take much pride in my work. Art allows me to express myself and also is a form of relaxation. Creating artwork has taught me to persevere throughout, working my hardest consistently through the piece. I am grateful to be able to express my creative abilities and display art I am pleased with.
